Ever feel like you just need to shake your life up a little? Need some change but not sure what or how to go about it? Stepping out of your day to day and doing something different can invite new perspective and ideas into your life and improve your sense of wellbeing.
Wellness means many things to many people. While it can bring incredible goodness, it can also be damaging. The sector is, at times, counterproductive, bringing feelings of inadequacy and a pressure for betterment. Increasingly geared to the ‘well’ and the ‘wealthy’, it is also inaccessible to many.
We believe that since human health is so intrinsically related to our planetary health, a large part of reimagining wellness and improving mental health in our communities is the opportunity to reconnect with and spend time in nature.
We'd love to hear from you as we develop this offering. What nature based wellness opportunities and programs would you like to see in Wagga? We're thinking yoga under the trees, forest bathing, star gazing, sound healing and fun days filled with wholesome local food and farm and nature based activities for families and kids.
Our goal is to ensure these offerings are accessible and affordable, bite-size wellness moments available right here in Wagga Wagga in the Riverina.
