If a suburb or town is not available please contact us here and we will endeavour to arrange a special delivery if possible.
Please note: Our weekly order cut-off is Sunday at 10:00 pm.

Orders placed before Sunday 10 pm will be delivered during the upcoming week, according to your location and our delivery schedule. Some locations may receive their order up to 8 days later.

Orders placed after Sunday 10 pm will be scheduled for the following week or the next available delivery.

Your meals will arrive frozen. Why frozen? For so many great reasons, here's a few...
1. No Waste - Freezing is one of the oldest methods of preserving food. It’s safe and hygienic, locks in flavour and nutrients, and gives food a long shelf-life (meaning zero waste).
2. No Preservatives - Because snap-freezing is such a successful way to keep food fresh, we’re able to make our meals without any added preservatives, colours or additives. Which is very good for you.
3. Total Flexibility - Frozen meals give you flexibility. Chilled product requires consuming within a short timeframe. With frozen meals, if your plans change, your meals stay fresh in your freezer. We've never had a customer say their meals have run out of date!

All orders placed online will be sent with ‘Authority to Leave’ selected. If you wish to sign for your order, please make a note on your order. If your delivery cannot be left in a safe place (at drivers discretion), it will be taken to a collection point for pickup or re-delivery will be arranged.
Your order will come with a gel pack so can sit in shade for an hour or two but the sooner you can pop them in the freezer the better!

We hope so! If you head to the products page, you can filter the menu for allergen requirements or to easily find meals that serve 1 (great for quick n easy lunch and dinners), 2-3 (ideal for couples, or couple with a small child) or 4+ (range of family meals, great for entertaining too!)

Yes that's our aim! We cook to order and our goal is to always have your favourites available. In the unlikely event there is an inventory shortage or issue with your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

For our family meal trays we us lined sugarcane trays which offer the perfect sustainable and eco-friendly, 100% recyclable and 100% compostable once lining is removed.

Our takeaway containers break down into nutrient-rich soil free of chemicals.
You can break your trays into smaller pieces to add to your home compost or you can add to your green waste bin.
