As the days get shorter and the mornings and evenings darker, it can be tougher to find the motivation to exercise! While Frank has great discipline, if you’re like me and let exercise slip down your priority list, here are some tips and a fun offer from a new 24/7 reformer pilates studio in Wagga and Albury. Use code FARMDOOR and get 4 classes for the price of 3. I’ve tried it, and even I can follow the video classes! You can book in on any half-hour – it’s brilliant!
1. Schedule It In
Pop some time in your calendar! Even if it starts with once a week. Is there a friend you can commit to a time together?
2. Find Short Workouts
Look for quick, high-intensity workouts that you can squeeze into 10-30 minutes. Every little bit counts!
3. Combine Activities
Multi-tasking can be beneficial. Take walking meetings, do squats while waiting for a meal, or stretch during TV time.
4. Make It Enjoyable
Choose activities you genuinely enjoy. Whether it's dancing, hiking, or playing a sport. Personally, I love exercising with friends - great for accountability and having fun makes it easier to stick with a routine.
5. Be Kind to Yourself
It's normal to have off days, especially as the weather cools. Take it easy and maintain your pace forward. After all, we're only human.
