Stockinpiggle ethically and regeneratively raised free range pork, from a local farm near Cootamundra NSW. A porchetta is rolled from the belly and the loin, a beautiful cut for a rotisserie or BBQ with delicious crispy crackle the whole way around and a succulent centre due to the pork belly rolled inside. This was a family highlight at our Christmas table last year!
Comfortably serves 8+ when served with multiple dishes - although we can't guarantee no fights for the last of the crackling!
