A classic, tastes-like-your-grandmother's kind of dish. From frozen, simply pierce film and heat in the microwave for 6-7 minutes or until piping hot, stirring mid way if need be. Microwaves vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary. If defrosted, bring to heat slowly on the stovetop.

Chicken, Apricot Nectar (Water, Reconstituted Apricot Puree (29%), Sugar, Vitamin C, Food Acid, Natural Flavour), Water, Onions, Brown Sugar, Rice Flour, White Wine (sulphites, milk), Cornflour, Garlic Powder, Salt, Mixed Spice, Cinnamon, Olive Oil, Pepper.

Heating Instructions:

MICROWAVE: Keep film on. Heat until hot. Stir occasionally. Frozen: High for 7-8 min. Defrosted: High for 4-5 min.

STOVETOP: Slightly defrost. Empty into saucepan and heat on low, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
