Cauliflower, Milk, Cream [milk], Macaroni (durum wheat semolina), Cheddar Cheese [milk], Parmesan Cheese [milk], Onion, Butter [milk], Rice Flour, Garlic, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Salt, Paprika.

Heating Instructions:

MICROWAVE: Keep film on. Frozen: High for 7-8 minutes or until hot. Defrosted: High for 3-4 minutes or until hot. Stir occasionally.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 160°C. Remove film, place in oven for 30-40 min or until heated through.
