Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb, Celery, Fresh Mixed Herbs, Carrot, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper Corns, Salt), Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Sugar, White Pepper Powder, Water, Parisian Essence

Heating Instructions:

MICROWAVE: Keep film on. Heat until hot. Stir occasionally. Frozen: High for 7-8 min. Defrosted: High for 4-5 min.

STOVETOP: Slightly defrost. Empty into saucepan and heat on low, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
