Simmered with lemongrass, ginger, galangal and turmeric, this warming curry is layered with beautiful aromatics and finished with potatoes and onion that soak up every bit of flavour. Ingredients: Australian Beef (55%), Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb, Celery, Fresh Mixed Herbs, Carrot, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper Corns, Salt), Potato, Onion, Water, Coconut Milk Powder (Milk), Desiccated Coconut, Vegetable Oil, Lemon Grass, Fish Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Cornflour, Galangal, Turmeric, Kaffir Lime Leaf.

Heating Instructions:

MICROWAVE: Keep film on. Heat until hot. Stir occasionally. Frozen: High for 7-8 min. Defrosted: High for 4-5 min.


STOVETOP: Slightly defrost. Empty into saucepan and heat on low, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
