500g Moroccan Chicken Tagine | Serves 2-3
We have upped the anti with this NEW Chicken Dish. Tender chicken breast from the Eberly family at Canowindra Farms, pasture-raised on their small Central West property where chooks roam outdoor paddocks and are fed a natural grain diet. Slowly cooked with warming Moroccan spices, ginger and garlic, then balanced with sweet dates and fresh lemon for a comforting dish full of rich flavour and gentle sweetness. Also a great way for the little ones to try new flavours!
From frozen, simply pierce film and heat in the microwave for 6-7 minutes or until piping hot, stirring mid way if need be. Microwaves vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary. If defrosted, bring to heat slowly on the stovetop.
