Our Farm Door Beef Ragu, cooked overnight and paired with a bag of local handmade pasta from our friends at Zecca Pasta in Griffith, NSW. And a third of the price of take-away!

Heat sauce in microwave or stovetop and cook pasta as per packet instructions. All ingredients included, just add greens.

Meal kit Includes:

  • 2 x 500g Ragu Sauce
  • 2 x 350g Packet Zecca Handmade Pasta. Serves 4-6.

Cooking Instructions

PASTA: Cook according to instructions on packet.
PASTA SAUCE:
Microwave - DEFROSTED: pierce the film several times and microwave for 3 minutes. Peel back the film, stir and heat for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. FROZEN: pierce the film several times and microwave for 4 minutes. Peel back the film, stir and heat for a further 3-4 minutes or until piping hot. Microwaves vary, please adjust heating times if required.
Stove Top - defrost and place into a saucepan on low heat, stirring occasionally until simmering.

Serving Tips

Serve with grated cheese and a fresh salad.

Note: Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours.
