Long thick ribbons, pappardelle is traditionally served with ragù. These beauties are handmade by some local Italian friends in Griffith, NSW. If you're ever in the region, a meal at their restaurant Zecca is a must! Simply follow cooking instructions on packaging, popping the pasta into a pot of boiling water for a few mins is all it needs! Top with one of our Farm Door pasta sauces, slow cooked Ragu Sauce, Italian Meatballs or Creamy Boscaiolia. Makes for a quick and delicious weeknight meal the whole family will love!
